In the name of God Amen: I Samuel Neilson of StMarks parish Craven, and State of South Carolina being weak in bodybut of Sound Memory blefsed be God. do this eighteenth Day ofDecember in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred andeighty two Do make this my last will and Testament in Mannerfollowing, that is to say, first it is my will and Desire that all mylawful Debts be paid after my Decease by my Executors hereaftermentioned and that my Body be Decently Interred, At the Discretion ofmy Executors.

Item It is my will and Desire that my Estate beEqually Divided Between my Beloved wife and my three Children,Isabella, Samuel & Mary my Slaves to be kept together and notDivided untill my son comes of Age. My wife is to be maintained andmy Children maintained and Educated out of the Estate my DaughterIssabella is to have part when of Age or Married. Item. I

give and Bequeath unto my Son Samuel 400 acres ofLand that I now live on when he arrives to One And Twenty years ofAge or sooner if my Executors thinks proper and if he Dies withoutheirs it is to be divided between my two Daughters. It is my Desirethat 100 Acres of Land on the South Side of Santee three miles fromNelsons ferry on the head of Sandy Run be sold at the Discretion ofmy Executors. I do Appoint my Beloved Wife and William Little JohnPaisley if he will Act Sole Executors of this my last will andTestament-
