The use of my house & furniture, and DuringLife or while She remain my Widow and then a equal Division betweenmy two children M. P. Rees. and Orlandon Rees I Likewise, her thefoll owing negrors, Negro fellow named Derry and his Wife Beatty,Also Sophia and her two children, Likewise Lucy and her foreChildren, and old wench named Rose, also two negroes fellows, onenamed Bob the other an old fellow named Harrey, & Share and twoCarriage horses, and to be supported while she remains my widow asshe formerly has been&emdash;I give to my Daughter M. P. Rees fivetracts of land Joining each other lying on the east aide of CainSavannah Swamp and White Oak branch, Likewise a tract of Land boughtat Sherriff Sale Lying, on the waters of Black river- likewise thefollowing negrois (viz) Sam and his wife loady Isaac and his wifeNann a negro wench named Sall and her Brother a yellow boy namedRahdul also a negro girl namd Susyann & her brother named Virgiland a negro girl called, Milly and one called Wauaky, and one negroboy named Dick, I give to my son Orlandor Rees, the plantation whereI now live and all the Lands adjoining it Likewise my plantation onthe Swamp comily called the cain brakes, and all the lands adjoiningit. with the following negroes, moses, & his wife, milly and hertwo children .Likewise a young fellow named moses and one named Samand boy named Wilson and one Named Iac, also Toney and his wifeginney & her two children, the above negroes I give to them their Surses. forever, but should either of them die before shearrive at the age of 20 years, and without issue and that Issueliving then the part of the one that Dies. to return to tbe livingone, it likewise my wish as all my negroes, not named or given awayin this my last will & testament, with all my stock of allDescription should be equally divided by 3 or 5 men chosen by myExecutors, hereafter named. it is also my wish that Wife Mary Pringleshall have the bed and furniture she now uses, and a negro girlbetween 12 & 15 years of age, an $300, to be paid her by myexecutors in one year after my Death or Sooner if Convenient, Ilikewise leave my Daughter M. P Rees, $5000 to be paid her in moneyin one year after marriage or when she arrives at the age of twentyone years it my wish the negro should he work on the plantationsabove mention and all moneys, arising from the crops, that is notexpinded Raising and Education Should be put to Interest and an EqualDivision made between them the division takes place.
