In the Name of God amen this second Day of November 1795 I WilliamRobinson of the County of Salem and state of South Carolina being oldweake and In a declining State of Body But of Sound and perfect mindand memory and Calling to mind the uncertainty of Temporary State andthat all must yield unto Death when the Lord Calls and that Settlingof my Temporary Estate order give and dispose of the same in mannerand form following to wit imprimis

 

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Tomey Robinson five ShillingsSterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my step son Joshua Coker fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my son William Robinson fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Winney Robinson fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Yates fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Willes Robinson fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my step son Noah Coker fiveShillings Sterling

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Jonathan Robinson fiftyacres of Land and one gun

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Soverin Robinson fifty acresof land on the North Side of the Land

Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Robinson allthe Rest of my whole Estate her Natural life to me or her widowhoodand after her death or marriage to be Equally divided amongst mythree Children namely Martha Benny Kitty and John Robinson

And hereby Revoking disannuling and making void all other andformer will or wills Testament or Testaments and declare This andThis only to be my last will and testament
