I Mark Solomons of the said district & State,knowing the uncertainty of life, hereby declare this to be my lastwill & Testament. After the payment of my debts, I desire myworlly estate, consisting of every thing I may own at time of mydeath, to be divided among my wife and children according to the lawsof distribution provided by the said state.

I make, constitute & appoint Franklin J. MosesExecutor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand andseal this 30th day of June 1836.
