WILL OF JANE TISDALE

 

In the name of God Amen. I Jane Tisdale of theState of South Carolina in the District of Sumter and County ofClaremont, Widow, being weak in bodybut of sound mind and memoryblessed be God for the same, do make and, declare this my last willand Testament, in manner and form following: I give devise andbequeath unto my Son Francis Tisdale fifty dollars;

Secondly. I give devise and bequeath unto My SonsJohn Tisdale and Sherwood Tisdale Share and Share alike, all the restof my goods and Chattels and resedue and remainder of my Estate andeffects of whatever nature or kind soever. And I do hereby nominateconstitute and appoint, My Son John Tisdale, and My son SherwoodTisdale and James Caldwell My Executors of this my last will andtestament, In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Sealthis twenty fifth day of February in the year of our Lord onethousand eight hundred and fifteen
