In the Name of God Amen I Ellener White of SumterDistrict & State aforesaid Being Sick and Week in body but ofSound and perfect mind & memory, Do make and ordain this my lastwill & Testament In manner & following Imprimis I give &bequeath to my son William F White that part or half of my LandWhereon I now live lying on the north side of Bare Creek, Item I giveand bequeath to my son Robert R White the half, & part of saidland lying on the South Side of Said Bare Creek, and the Mill to beJointly between them for there own use and benefitt, I also give tomy son William F White a negro boy named Toney and to my son Robert RWhite a negro boy named Jack to them and their Heirs forever Item-Igive to my Daughter Rachel McDonald a tract of Land which I purchasedfrom my son Arther White, and a negro girl named Nancey, to her andher Heirs forever

Item-I give and bequeath to my son Arther Whiteone Feather Bed & ferniture I give and bequeath to my son WilliamF White my son Robert R White & my Daughter Rachel Mcdonald Whiteall my Household & kitchen furniture to be equally Devidedamongst them Share & Share alike, to them & there Heirsforever I give and bequeath to my children named as followers. DavidWhite, Arthur White, Naome Harvin, Elisabeth Fleglar, EllenerNeetles, Martha White, & Susannah White, all the rest &residue of my personal Estate of what kind so ever I may be pofsefsedof or Intitled to at the Time of my Death, to be equally Devidedbetween them Share and Share alike to them and their Heirs forever Ialso Desire that my children unmarried shall remain on my plantationand have the use of it untill my youngest child arives to the age oftwenty one years and no longer Lastly I nominate appoint andconstitute my sons William F White and Robert R. White to myExecutors to this my last will and Testament In Witnefs whereof Ihave hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this fifth day of August in theyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Nine---

CODICIL TO WILL OF ELLEN WHITE

State of South Carolina Sumter District know allpersons by these presents that I Ellen White of the district ofSumter and State afouresaid have made my last will and Testamentbearing date of the fifth day of august one thousand Eight hundredand nine Which is hereunto Enaxed by Seals--wherein I gave andbequeathed to my daughter Rachel McDonald White a certain tract ofland known by the name of the meeting house tract which I purchasedfrom my Son Arthur White, but Since the time of making the aboveEnexed will I have altered my mind in the gift of the above namedtract of land and by these presents do declare that & only thatclause of my the above will to be null & void & of affect-and in lieu thereoff by these presents do hereby give and bequeaththe Said--- Meeting house tract of land containing four hundred andthirty four acres to my-----Daughter Elizabeth Flaglers and the heirsIssue of her body if any forever-but should she the said ElizabethFlaglers leave no such Ifsue or her issue die and leave no Issue thenin Either of those cases the above mentioned tract of Land is toReturn to her own Brothers and Sisters or their lenial decendantsviz--In witnefs whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal thistenth day of July one thousand Eight hundred and ten and thirty-fifthyear of Americas indepency--Say 10th July 1810---
