WILL OF HENRY WHITE

 

In The name of God Amen, I Henry White of thecounty of Clarendon in Sumter District and State of South CarolinaBeing sick and weak in body, But of sound and Disposing Mind, Memoryand understanding, praised be god for the same Do make and declarethis my last will and testament in manner and form following-

Item I give and Devise to my Beloved WifeMargraet White all my Estate real and personal viz That is to sayfive negroes three Head of Horses Stock of Cattle and Hogs and Alsothe plantation or Lands Where I now live with all and Singular, thepremicus there on with all the profit. Arising therefrom for her useand Support during the natural term of Her life also the Educationmaintainance and support of my Daughter Isabella White shall betaken out of the profits of my Estate, Also I give devise and bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Isabella White aforesaid,(at thedeath of My Wife Margraet.) the whole of my Estate left my wifeDuring the natural term of her life with the Lands & negroesStocks of Horses Cattle & Hogs with my House Hold and KitchenFurniture, Also I give and devise if my Daughter Isabella, shoulddie without Esue, at the of the last Surveing my Wife or Daughterthe Above mentioned Estate, shall be Equally Divided between my Brother William Whites son Henry, & Brother Jefse Whites sonHenry equally between them, and I do nominate constitute and appointJefse White and William Gerald to be my Executors of this my lastwill and testament revoking all others heretofore made or made by meTherefore, I Henry White have hereunto set my Hand And seal thisTwenty seventh day of September in the year of Our lord One thousandEight Hundred and five and in the Independance of the United Statesof America the Thirtyeth
