In the Name of God Amen I, Jared White Being weake of Body But ofperfect Mind and Memory knowing it is appointed once for all men

to Dy, I therefore Recommend my Soul to God who gave it and myBody

to be buryied in a Decent Christian Like Maner at the Discresionof

my Excors as tuching Such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to

Blefs me with I wish and Desire them Managed & conducted inMannor

and form herafter Mentioned. Viz. First I will and Desire that

all my Just Debts be paid--Secondly I give to my Loving wifeElisebeth

White one Negro wench Named Dinah, Dureing Life allso I give

my wife During hir Life or widowhood all my Lands &Improvements.

Dureing hir life or widowhood in Either case the Land andImprovements

Shall fall to my Loving Son James Birch White and his heirsforever and in case

of his Deth before age or Lawfull heir the Said Lands to fall

to my brothers & Sisters children. I allso give to my sonJ.B. White

one Negro Man Named Derry to him and his heirs for Ever- Should

the said Negro Derry appear unfaithfull in his Duty I admit my

Extor. to Sell the Said Negro and put the Money to Intrust or pur-

chase a Negro, or Negroes for the use of my Son as aforesaid-and

if my Son should Dy without heir & my wife Dy or Marrey, theSaid

Negro to fall as the Land aforesaid-and all the remainder of my

Estate of whatsoever Nature or kind it Maybe to be Equally beDevided

between my wife Elisebeth White and my Son J.B. White Shear

and Shear A Like. Should my wife marrey & the property seemto be Demin-

shing, it is my will and Desire that my Extor Emedintley take of

my Sons part and place it in Sum good hands for the Security and

Improvement there of untill my Said Son should arrive to age or

Marry. Lastly I do hear by Nominate as my Extra, My Loving wife

Elisebeth White & my trust friends and Brothers Arther Whiteand

frindley White Extra to this my Last will and testamentconfirming

this and Revokeing all other will or willswhatsoever-----------------
