WILL OF JOHN WHITE

I John White of the State and District aforesaidbeing in a weak and low State of body, but of sound mind and memoryand calling to mind the mortality of my nature, Do order and disposeof the worldly property where with God hath blefsed me in the formand manner following. Viz;

Item,---Do will & bequeath to my beloved wifeDovey, The use of my house and plantation During her widowhood; andafter her marriage to be confined to her thirds of said plantation--Ifurther bequeath to my said wife the following slaves viz old JinnyJack, Easter, Jacob and Eliza--also the whole of my household andKitchen furniture, & plantation tools, with two cows and calvesand my sorrel horse, as her full part of my Estate---

Item, I will and bequeath the remainder of my realand personal Estate to my son John Kinsey;- but in case my wifeshould have ifsue by me after this; then my real & personalEstate to be equally divided between them--; and in case of the deathof either, then the surviving Child to inherit the whole of my Estateand further provided, in case of the death of all of my ifsue, thenmy beloved wife to have the whole of my real estate, and half of thepersonal property, during her lifetime And in that case; then it ismy will that my real estate go to Eli Fleming my half Brother, andthe whole of my personal property to be divided, the one half,equally between my half Brother Josiah Fleming, and my half sistersMary & Harriot Fleming-and the other half to be divided so thatone half thereof shall go to the children of my sister Ann and theother half to the child or children of my sister Elizabeth. Item I dohereby pronounce & declare this to be my last will &testament made in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred& fourteen and of the Independence of the United State of Americathe thirty ninth; September the twenty first
