In the name of God Amen I Willis Wills of theState & Destrict aforsaid Being of perfect mind & memory Domake this my Last Will & Testament- first I give & Recomerdmy Soul to god all mighty that first give it to me & my Body tothe Earth in Decent Christian Burial at the Discrefsion of myExecutors-& as Touching such worldly goods as it has pleased godto Blefs me with in this Life I give & Dispose of in form &manner following- first it is my will & Request that my SonsThomas Wills William Wills & Joseph Dowing Chose & appointgood & fit men for to value & appraise all my Lands which isto Be Equally Divided amongst them agreeable to such valuation &appraisment- allowing my son William to have the plantation whereon Inow Reside Secondly I give & Bequeath to my son Thomas twoNegores By Name Deary-& Jude & To my son William I give &Bequeath Two, to wit-Mary & Rachel-& To my Daughter Mary Igive & Bequeath Two-Isham & Sinder & it is my will thatmy son William & my Daughter Mary have Each of them a Bed &furniture & it is my Request & Will that all my Stock ofEvery kind & sort together with all other goods of Every Kind& Description to me in any wise Belonging Shall Be EquallyDivided Between my Sons Tho.s & William & my Daughter Mary& I Do hereby Constitute appoint Thomas Wills William Wills &Joseph Downing to be the Executors of this my Last will &Testament in Witnefs whereof I Set my hand & Seal this 20th ofJanuary-1818
