In the Name of God amen I Solomon Windom of theCounty of Claramount in the District of Sumter Planter Being Sick andWek in Body But of Sound mind and memory prased Be god for the SameDo make and Declare this my last Will and testament in manner andform following--- I Give, Devise and Bequeath Unto my--Beloved WifeDorotha for the term of her life the Sanall Bed and ferniture and oneWheal and Small pot and two Chairs and one Bason and Chest and tenDollars in money and after her Death the house hold ferniture toBelong to my Daughter Anne---Also I give and Bequeath Unto my SonElijah Seventy five Dollars in the hands of Joel Davison Demand andfifty four Dollars Due by henry Atkins and Eighty five in Nots onJames Stevenson and forty Dollars Due By William Jones of OrangeBurgh District also two horses and a mare one Saddle and two Bridlesone pair of Carte Wheals and two Plows and all the Plantation toolsone feather bed and ferniture one larg pot and hooks one larg Dishand three pewter plats and one gun and my Big Coat and Reap hook withall other house hold ferniture not hereafter mentioned---Also I giveand Bequeath Unto my Daughter Anne one Bed and ferniture the Samethat She has the use of only there is to Come feathers out of it tomake Elijah Bed Equel to it in weight one Small Dish and four platsand ten Dollars in money---Also I give and Bequeath a Sum of FiveDollars to Be Equelly Devided Betwixt my other five Children that isto Say Moses and Ekeziah James tolson and Frederick Winkles andSolomon Lastly I nominate and appint my Son Elijah Executor of thismy last Will and testament Disannulling Every other Will heretoforeBen made Ratifying and Conferming this to Be my last Will andtestament this tenth Day of January 1809
