In the name of God Amen I William Wright Jun.r ofSumter District in the State of So Carolina planter, Being sick andweak in body, but of sound and disposing mind memory andunderstanding praise be to God for the same, Do make and declare thismy last will and Testament in Manner and form as followingViz----

First I give and devise unto my Sister Sarah WLangstaff four hundred dollars, Two hundred Dollars to be paid out ofmy present Crop, and two hundred out of the next Crop---

Second I give and divise unto my Nephew ThomasWarren Langstaff Eight hundred Dollars to be paid when he arives atthe age of Twenty Years--- Third I give and devise unto my NieceMartha E Langstaff a Negro Girl between the age of Twelve &fifteen years, to be paid when she is maried or at the age of Twentyyears---

Forth I give and divise unto my Aunt Heli HowardFifty dollars to be paid out of my present Crop, my will and disireis that if my sifter Langstaff Thomas W Langstaff Martha E Langstaffor my Aunt Heli Howard should died before these divides is paid mydesire is that the deceased part shall go to my Brothers Peter andThomas Wright---The above division mentioned to be paid out of myEstate----

Fifth I give and devise the residue of my wholeEstate both Real & Personal to be equally divided between my twoBrothers Peter & Thomas Wright, If either of my Brothers shoulddie before he comes to be of age the surviving to have his part, Ifboth should die before they come of age their parts to be equallydivided between Sarah W Langstaff and her Children---

Sixth I do nominate Constitute and appoint WilliamWright Peter Wright & Thomas Wright my Executors of this my lastwill and Testament, In Witnefs whereof I the said William WrightJun.r have hereunto set my hand & Seal this 26th day of March inthe year of our Lord 1804--

Whereas I Wm Wright Jun.r of Sumter District andState of South Carolina planter, have made and Duly executed my lastwill and Testament in writing bearing Date the Twenty sixth day ofMarch One thousand eight Hundred and four, and theirby given andbequeath the Sum to Four Hundred Dollars unto my Sister Sarah WLangstaff, now I do hereby revoke and make void the said legacy ofFour Hundred Dollars So given and bequeathed by my Said will unto mySister Sarah W Langstaff, and do give and bequeath the Said Sum ofFour Hundred Dollars unto my Nephew Thomis W Langstaff and my NieceMartha Eliza Langstaff to be equally divided betwixt them when theyarive to the age of Twenty years or git Marrid, and I do ordain anddeclare this present writing to be a Codicle to my Said Will and thatthe Same Shall be annexed thereto and taking as part there of and doconfirm my Said will in every perticular thereof that is not herebyaltered or revoked in Witnefs wheare of I have to this Codicil Set myhand and Seal this Twenty Sixth day of May in the year of Our LordOne Thousand Eight Hundred & four
