Be it known to all whom it may concern; That IJohn A Bradford of the district and State aforesaid; do make andforever declare this to be my last will and testament To wit.

First- It is my will and desire, after all my Justdebts are paid all my property both Real and personal be divided inthe following manner namely.

I loan to my beloved wife Mary Bradford onehundred and twenty Acres of land whereon my dwelling house now standsduring her natural life or widowhood, I also loan unto my belovedwife the following Negroes namely, Jenny, Charlott and Tom to keepand enjoy during her natural life or widowhood the following ArticlesNamely one horse and Riding Chair one feather Bed and furniture andall the remainder of my furniture with the exception of eight featherbeds which will be hereafter Named. I give unto my beloved SonMiddleton Bradford the following property Namely one feather bed andfurniture and all the money that I have already let him have towardpaying for a Negro.

I loan unto my daughter Frances Vaughan onefeather bed and furniture and three hundred & twenty sevendollars which she has already received) the right of said property toinvest in her Children after her death.

I give unto my Grandsons John Wingate & JosepWingate eighty Acres of land joining Josep B Whilts & Gin ThomasSumter's Land but if either should die before he becomes of Age orwithout Lawful issue the right shall invest in the other, But it ismy further will and desire that their Mother Winny Wingate shall havethe use of said eighty Acres of Land during her life or as long asshe resides or Chooses to remain thereon I also give to the saidWinny one feather bed a & furniture. It is also my Will anddesire that whatever is the portion of my daughter Winny that Accruefrom the Sale of the remainder of my Estate shall remain in theprofession of my Executors for the benefit of andChildren.-----------------------------------------------------------------

I give unto my Soninlaw Edward Wingate two dollarsto be paid out of the funds of my Estate.

I give unto my daughter Susan Bradford thefollowing negroes namely Polly & Silvy and also I give unto herCharlotte to take after the death of my beloved wife, and further Igive to her one feather bed & furniture. The above she is toreceive as her proportion of my Estate & no more.

I give to my daughter Mary M A Bradford thefollowing negroes namely Hannah & Aga & one feather bed &furniture, the above she is to receive as her proportion of my Estate& no more.

I give unto my Son Tom W. Bradford one negro boynamed Anthony & one feather Bed & furniture.

I give to my son Nathaniel Bradford one negroNamed Guash, one horse & Saddle & bed & furniture. Ialso give unto him at the death or marriage of my beloved wife, theone hundred and twenty Acres of Land and one negro Jenny loaned to myWife as before mentioned.

I give unto my Son John M Bradford one hundreddollars & one bed & furniture.

I give to my son Robert R Bradford one hundreddollars & one Bed & furniture.

It is my wish & desire that as much of mypresent Crop as are Necessary shall be appropriated for the Supportof my family; the residue to the payment of my Just debts.

Lastly it is my further will and desire that allmy property both Real and personal not herein named shall be sold tothe best advantage and the proceeds (After paying all demands) beequally divided between all my lawful heirs except my two daughtersSusan & Mary who has their full proportion named above&emdash;Mydaughters Winnys proportion to be Appropreated as aboveprovided.

And further I do herein Appoint my son Wm WBradford and Oliver H Wheler my Executors to this my last will andtestament.
