In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Brown ofState and District aforesaid being weak in body but of sound andperfect mind and memory, blefsed be God for the same, do make this mylast will and testament in manner and form following (that is tosay)

 

1st It is my desire that at my decease all myproperty both real and personal shall be sold at the highest bidder,that the whole of my estate may be turned into money.

 

2nd It is my desire that all my Just Debts bepaid.

 

3rd It is my desire after my debts are paid thatthe balance of the money be Equally divided between my own Childrenand their Children, each Child and Grandchild to receive an equalportion. To such as are of age when settlement is made with theEstate, their share may be paid over and to the rest of the heirs,their share will be paid as they become of age or marry with Intereston the same.

 

4th and lastly I hereby do appoint William Timmonsas my executor to this my last will and Testament and by this revokeall former wills by me made.

 

In witnefs whereof I have hereunto Set my hand andSeal. This fourth day of September in the year of our Lord, onethousand eight hundred and thirty five.
