In the name of God amen. I Jacob Brown of theDistrict and State aforesaid,

being in a Low State of bodily, Health but in myperfect mind and memory do

make and ordain this my last Will Testament. After my Lawful Debts are paid in

the First place I Will unto my Friend ElishaCarson all my Lands negroes Bonds

notes accounts and mortgages Horses Cattle. Stockof Merchandise with all

other property that belongs to me. I will andBequeath unto my Friend Joseph

Pack. Five hundred Dollars in such property as Hewishes. And I do appoint

Elisha Carson my Executor and Heir.

In witness whereof I do hereby Set my handand Seal this the Tenth Day

of September one Thousand Eight Hundred and thirtytwo.
