WILL OF THOMAS CONNELL

 

 

In the Name of God Amen, I Thomas Connell ofClarendon and State of South Carolina [planter] wishing to adjust myworldly concerns do make and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking and annulling all others-----First I recommend mySoul to God the Giver and my Body to be interred at the discretion ofmy Executors. . . .

 

Item It is my will and desire that my FuneralCharges and all my just debts and contracts be first complied with bymy Executors to be hereafter nominated

 

Item I lend to my beloved wife Rebecca the use ofthe whole of my Estate both real and personal during her widowhood ora s my Children marries or come of age which ever may first happen atwhich time each to draw their proportion as follows

 

Item It is my will and desire that on equaldistribution of my Estate both real and personal be made between mywife Rebecca and my Children share and share alike

 

It is my will and desire that no distribution ofmy Estate take place till after all my just debts and contracts befirst complied with.

 

Lastly, I nominate and appoint my beloved wifeRebecca, Executrix and my Friend Christopher McConnico Executor toexecute this my last will and testament
