    In the name of god Amen. I Burrel Dunn of the District and State aforesaid, being Sound in mind and Calling to memory that it is appointed for all men to die, do after Commending my Soul to him who gave it, declare this to be my last Will and testament.

    My worldly Estate I dispose of as follows, (to Wit)

my Will is, that all my Just debts be paid and my body to be buried in a christian like manner,

    Item 1st  I give and bequeath to my two Daughters Viz. Abigail Scarborough and Harriet Jordan the tract of land whereon I now live, to be Equally divided between them, for them to Share and Share alike to them & their heirs forever.

    Item 2nd  I give and bequeath to my two daughters (Viz) Abigail Scarborough and Harriet Jordan all my personal property of which I may die possessed to them and their heirs forever. And, lastly, I hereby nominate Constitute & appoint,  my Son in law Jarvis Scarborough     Executor to this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the 27th day of Sept. 1852.
