Will of Elizabeth Flemming

Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Flemming of the State and District Aforesaid, being Sick in body but. of sound mind, do make constitute and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament disannulling all others heretofore by me made. Viz) First Item. to my nephew Hamdon Bradley now living in the western Country I give and Bequeath the Sum of three Hundred Dollars to be paid to him twelve Months After my decease

In the Second place I give and bequeath to my niece Sarah G. Flemming one bed bedstead and furniture. Third and lastly after my just debts are paid I then leave and Bequeath unto my        beloved Brother John Flemming the remainder of all my Estate consisting of negroes notes obligations &C. &C. to him and to his heirs forever.

Lastly I nominate and appoint my friends John Flemming & Stephen Locosts Executors of this my last Will and Testament  In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty‑--
