Therefore Calling to Mind the Mortalityof my body knowing that it is Apointd. unto all Men to Die, Dotherefore Make & Ordain this to be my last will & Testament,(Viz) as to my worly goods which God has blest me with I give &bequith As follows that Is to Say, it is my Disire that all my JustDebts be paid, it is my wish that my Wife Esther Green should haveall My plantation on which I now live During her Natral life-time orWidowhood being four hundred Acars & part of four tracks, &afterwards to my Son James English Green for Ever it is my wish thatmy Son David Green Should have the land Which he is in possession ofas his part of My land -- it is my wish that my Son Lewis MaloreGreen Should have five hundred Acrs of land where Stephen Forehandnow lives, being part of a Track of 947 acrs, It is my wish that mythree Daughters Mary, Sarah & Susannah Green Should have thebalance of Said tract of land Equly Divided among them to Wit 447acrs It is my Wish that my Daughter Agness Coker should have twentyDollars as her full part of my Estate both rearl and personal. It ismy Wish that my Daughter Mary Should have two Cows & calvs, overher Divide, It is my Wish that my Son David Green Should DiscountSixty Dollars out of his part for one hors & one bed I give him,If my Son James E Green Should Die before he come to twenty one yearsof age or leve lawfull Ishew his part of my Estate both reall &personal Shall be Equly divided betwixt all my Surviving ChildrenExcept Agness Coker Shall have no part thereof -- It is my wish thatthe ballence of my Estate be Equly Divided betwixt My Wife EstherGreen & all my Above named Children Except Agness Coker -- I doalso apoint David Green, Lewis Melone Green & Robt.
