The last will and testament of Thomas Kolb

I Thomas Kolb of the Distr of Sumter in the state of South Carolina, do make, ordain and appoint this to be my last will and testament.

1st It is my will and desire that all my debts be first paid

2 nd I give and bequeath to my son Aaron Kolb, all of my real and personal property, that may be left after paying my debts, that I may be possessed of at the time of my death.

I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Aaron Kolb my Executor to this my last will and testament---

Signed sealed published and declared as the last will and testament of the said Thomas Kolb the twenty third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two--
