In the name of God, Amen: I, Mary Lisk,of South Carolina, Sumter District being of sound mind, do herebyConstitute this my Last Will and Testament,

Viz: I hereby give to my beloved friend, CharlotteA. Bracey of the Same State & District, a Note of Hand, forfourteen hundred dollars due me, by the Estate of Judge Waties, tohave and to hold in her and the said C. A.Bracey's own right now andforever, with the exception of the following provision andlegacies:That is to say, the interest of the said fourteen hundreddollars I hereby Will to be paid by my Executor and Executrix,hereafter named, for the first two years to the said C. A. Bracey. Secondly, the interest of the third year I desire paid to MaryWaties. Thirdly, the interest of the fourth year I Will and Bequeathto Wilson Waties Rees, to be put out to interest in the mostadvisable manner,until the Said Wilson Waties Rees reaches to age oftwenty one years. Lastly, I hereby Constitute and appoint CharlotteA. Bracey and Orlando L. Rees, Executrix and Executor of this myLast Will and Testament, in
