Will of William Mayrant

In the name of God Amen, I William Mayrant being in feeble health do make & appoint this my last Will & Testament, I recommend my soul to allmighty God who gave it, I leave to my beloved wife one third of my whole estate both real & personal, the ballance to be equally divided between my four children I empower my Executrix herein after named to sell my whole estate both real & personal at her discretion, and to divide the proceeds, as the property is above directed to be divided, I empower my Executrix to endorse notes for renewals also to borrow money upon note or bond & mortgage which shall bind my estate in the same manner as if I had executed them, I appoint my Wife Sarah sole Executrix of this my Last will & testament
