In the name of God. Amen. I Peter McIntosh of Sumter District, State of South

Carolina, Planter, being sick and weak in body but of sound mind & memory do make this my

Will as follows to wit—

First—I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Elizabeth McIntosh, all my real

and personal Estate of whatsoever kind the same may be to her and her heirs forever.

Secondly—I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my Will—
