Sumter District ) Know all men by these presents,that I Elizabeth Nesbit of the State and District aforesaid, Being atthis time in the enjoyment of my usual health mind and memory blessedbe God for the same, Knowing that it is appointed for all men once todie to make and ordain this my last Will and Testament Herebyrevoking all others heretofore by me made --------------------

 

First and above all I command my soule to God whogave it .

 

Secondly, It is my will and desire, that as soonafter my decease as practicable the tract of land left me by my sonRobert be sold to pay my debts and the remainder after my lawfuldebts are paid to be equally divided among all of my children, myGrand children of deceased parents claiming the Share of theirparent.

 

Thirdly, It is my will and desire that the Silverwatch left me by my son Robert to go to my son John Nesbit.

 

Fourthly, It is my will and desire that all myfurniture together with my Bed and bed clothing go to my DaughterSarah Nesbit.

 

Fifthly, It is my will and desire that my portionof the tract of Land with all the improvements their on which I nowreside together with my Horse and carriage left me by my Son RobertNesbit to go to the lawful children of my Son William Nesbit the saidWilliam to have the use and enjoyment of the same during his naturallife.

 

Lastly I hereby appoint my Son William Nesbit andM. E. Muldrow Executors of this my last will and Testament. InWitness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of Mayone Thousand eight hundred and Forty Five--
