Will of Temperance Norton

State of South Carolina Sumter District

In the Name of God Amen I Temperance Norton of Sumter District South Carolina, Do hereby make this my last Will & Testament.

1st. It is my will and desire that, any money I may have at my death, be appopriated so much as may be needful, to pocuring the things necessary to bury my mortal body with decency-

2nd. It is my Will and desire that my stock of Cattle Hoges, and grey mare be Sold, with my cart chair & farming Tooles - and the Doctors be paid out of the proceeds and if any money remaines, that It be given to my nephew Hambleton Norton.

3rd. It is further my Will and desire and I do hereby give and bequeath Two fether Bedes to my Nephew Hambleton Norton Together with all my remainin Estate at my deaths. I do hereby appoint E. Pringle my Executor of my Estate & Effect.
