Will of Bradley Rhame

In the Name of God amen I Bradley Rhame of Clarendon County Sumter District in the State of South Carolina Planter, being of Sound mind Memory & understanding for which I thank God, but being weak in Body, I do make this my last will & Testament

To Wit as follows---

First My Body to be decently burried

Secondly I Give & Bequeath unto my Daughter Kerren Happuck Benbow One Negro boy Named Jim for her & the Ifsue of her Body also Part of Two Tracts of Land lying on the Easte Side of Big Pee Dee opposite the mouth of Black lake and Mad Moll which is Represented by Two Plats Granted to Bradley Rhame one on the Fifth day of March 2787 for Two Hundred Acres, It is my will and Desire that the Said land in Said Tracts that has not been by me Sold, be applyed to my Daughter Kerren Happuck Benbow and the Ifsue of her Body.

Thirdly I Give & Bequeath unto my daughter Huldah E Rhame One Negro Boy named Ben for her use and the Ifsue of her Body.

Fourthly I Give & Bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah R Rhame one Negro Boy named Jacob for her use and the Lawful Ifsue of her Body.

Fifthly I give and Bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Susannah M E Rhame one Negro Woman named Leor to be delivered to her when She may become of age or Marry, for her use and the Ifsue of her Body--Which Said Negro is to be hired out and the Proceeds to be applied to the Support of the Said Susannah M E Rhame until She Shall marry or become of age---

Sixthly I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Huldah E & Sarah R Rhame One Tract of Land Lying on the Easte Side of Big Pee Dee binding on Andrefs Mill Pond and Gladings land which Said Tract of land was Granted to me the Sixth day of February 1792 for Fifteen Hundred and Fifty Acres also all the Stock of Horses Mules Cattle & Hogs Also all the House Hould and Kitchen Furniture Also the Waggon & Gear Plantation Tools & Sulkey also what money may be due to me to be divided between my Said Daughters Huldah E & Sarah R Rhame Share and Share alike

Lastly I do hereby appoint Joe W Sherriff & L T Rhames my Sole Executors hereof hereby Revokeing all former Wills or Testaments by me Made— In Witnefs I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 12^th day of February in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two
