In the Name of God Know all Men by these presents That I Morgan Sabb of the State and District aforesaid Planter being weak in body but perfect in Mind do Make constitute and ordain

this to be my last Will and testament revoking all others heretofore

1  I Give and Bequeath to my beloved Wife Eliza Wheeldon all of my property real and personal laying in Sumter District except such as may hereafter be named‑‑‑All of my Lands House hold and Kitchen furnature all my plantation tools Carage and Horses work Horses Wagan Gears ploughs & Gears & every other utential belonging to plantation use together with all of my Stock of Cattle Hogs Sheep & Goats, together with the Three named Negroe Men Ben Jupiter & Toney The whole of the above named property to be her own right and at her disposual

2  I Give and bequeath to my nephew Doctor Samuel I Oliver my double barrel Gun and Rifle

3  I Give and bequeath to my Nephew Benjamin R. Oliver My Sulkey and Harnefs

4  I Give and bequeath to my Nephew John W Oliver my chestnut Filly Saddle and Bridle

5  I Give and bequeath to my Nephew Jas Bradley Oliver my Bay mare at my Williamsburg plantation

6  It iu my will and desire that all my property In Williamsburg District real and personal be devided equally between the heirs of Peter M Oliver after my just debts are paid except such property as shall hereafter be named

7  It is my will and desire that my man Nero and his family shall be delivorated as far as the law will allow Namely his Wife Elsey Nero Thomas Eliza Morgan Harriet & Lewcasor, Dr S P Oliver & Benj R Oliver Trustees for them

8  I Give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Eliza Wheelden my Goal Watch during her natural life and at her death to go to John Warren Oliver Given under my hand and Seal the 3rd April in year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred & forty Seven
