Will of Noel Vaughan Sen.r

In the name of God amen. I Noel Vaughan Sen.r of Sumter District Planter being weak in body but of Sound mind & memory for which blefsing I thank Almighty God, do make this my last Will & testament as follows.

First. I give & bequeath unto my son William Vaughan a negro man named Handy also a negro woman named Patty & her four Children, Maria, Andrew, Reuben & Hannah & their future ifsue & increase also all money that may be comingto me from the estate of my deceased Sister Naomi Hampton.

Secondly. I give & bequeath unto my son Noel Vaughan a negro man named Adam & a boy named Charles also a girl named Julia Hannah called old Hannah & Jacob & thei future ifsue & increase & all the money which I have lent him or he may owe me & also all my present crop, he paying all my debts & taxes---

Thirdly. I give & bequeath unto my son Isham a negro woman named Hannah or little Hannah & her four children Sam, Mary, Minder & Jim & their future ifsue & increase---

Fourthly. I give & bequeath unto my daughter Mary Richardson a negro man named Jack, a woman named Jane & her children Hampton & Ben their future ifsue & increase---

Fifthly. I give & bequeath unto my son Noel Vaughan all the rest residue & remainder of my estate not before bequeathed.

Lastly I do hereby nominate, constitute & appoint my son William Vaughan & Noel Vaughan executors hereof.
