I do hereby make & ordain this my last will in manner following:
I give to my dear Son Thomas Waties all my estate both real personal--Should My Son however die before he arrived to the age
of twenty one, without marrying or without making any disposition of said estate in that case I will that all my estate be equally divided between my brothers & sisters. Should however my son live to take possession of his estate I give it to him absolutely to himself & heirs forever & subject to his disposal -------
I do constitute & appoint my Brothers Thomas Waties Jr, William Waties, & Olando S. Rees my Executors of this my last Will & Testament-- In testimony whereof , I have hereunto set my hand and Seal, this the fifteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred twenty three.
