In the name of almighty God Amen, I Keziah Wheeler - Sumter District of the said District and State, being of sound disposing mind and being in my perfect senses and expecting that it is the will of God, soon to remove me from time into eternity, do resign my immortal Soul to the mercy of God through the mediation of my gratious Redeemer, and leave my body to be decently buried. I do also make and leave this my last Will and Testament
First, It is my will and desire that all my property both real and personal be kept together and worked until all my just debts are paid
I then will and desire that all my property both real and personal be equally divided between my four children, Olliver Wheeler, Orlander Wheeler, Charles Henry Nepolian Wheeler, and Richard Miles Wheeler, in manner following (namely) that my executors hereinafter named do call together three or more fit and proper persons and after they are duty sworn, that they do, give to my eldest son his portion of my estate, and as
each of my children do become of age that my executors, .do cause three or more fit and proper persons to meet, and give to them their portion of my estate--My further will and desire is that the divisions above mention be made without any petition to any court whatever and desire is that my negro Man Sharper be at liberty not made to work and that he be supported as the rest of my negroes on my plantation so long as he may think proper to stay there on, but should he leave my place and go to live elsewhere In that case with draw all support from him
Lastly I do herein appoint Hartin Jennings and my Son Olliver Wheeler, my executors to this my last will and testament----
