Will of William Wheeler

        

In the Name of God, Amen—I William Wheeler, being in perfect mind and memory; calling to mind the Mortallity of my body Do, make this my last will and testament--

Itom the first. it. iii my desire, that my Negro -man Tom shall be hired out by my executors for the term of two Years, and that amount to be applied to the Support and education of my Daughter Sarah Elizabeth; and at the expiration of said two Years, to be sold at publick action on such conditions as my executors may deem best, and that amount to be equally divided Shear and Shear alike between my three daughters---

Itom the second. as my Daughter Susannah Catharin Rhodus has had a cow and calf and feather bead with furniture, it is my desire that Mary-ann Wheeler and Sarah Elisabeth Wheeler shall have set apart to them a cow and calf, and feather Bead and furniture to them equal to Susannah Catharen Rhodus as near as Pofsable---    

Itom the third. all the Rest of my Property Real and personal to be Sold by my executors, and after paying my lawful debts, to be equally divided between my three Daughters.--                         Itom the fourth. If ather of my daughters should die with out Ishue it is my will that their Share Should Revolve on their Succeeding Sisters---                                        

I do hereby appoint my Friends Thomas Burgess and Samuel L. Bennett to be my Lawful Executors.
