In the name of God Amen, I, Josiah Wilder of the State and District aforesaid being of Sound mind memory and understanding do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (To Wit) I give to my Son Thomas one double barrel Shot gun and to my Son Joseph one Rifle and one Single barrel Shot gun.

Secondly I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary S Wilder all the rest and residue of my Estate both real and personal to her during her Lifetime and after her death to be Equally divided among all my children‑‑and I do hereby appoint my Said Wife Mary S Wilder my Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and do also authorise and Empower her to make Sale of any part of my Estate Either real or personal if such Sale should become necessary Either for the payment of my debts or the preservation of my Estate
