Sumter District) Know all men by thesepresents, that I Robert Wilson of the State and district aforesaid,of Sound mind and memory and Knowing that it is appointed for all menonce to die, do make constitute and ordain this my last Will andTestament. First I give and bequeath to my Beloved Wife Sarah Wilsonall my part of the land I inherited by her at my marriage Situated onthe waters of Lynches creek together with all the Houses and otherimprovements, thereon. Second I give to her The two negroes Ireceived by her at marriage, Say Price and Binah, I also leave to herone Horse riding chair and harness, the Said Horse to be worth Sixtydollars. I leave to her one Bed, Beadstead and furniture. I alsoleave to her one large Bible to be bought out of my Estate. I leaveto her one hundred dollars to be paid to her out of the proceeds ofthe first crop made after my decease. I leave to her all theHousehold property she may claim that was Brought by Her to my Houseafter her marriage With me. The property above mentioned to my WifeSarah Wilson, I leave to her and her heirs for ever. It is my willand desire that my Black Smith Fellow Titus be hired from year to year by my Executors during my Wife's natural life and that shereceive annually for her support Sixty five dollars, to be paid toher out of the proceeds of said hire; and at my wifes Death Iwillthat said Negro Titus, become the property of my son Andrew FlinnWilson, to be to him and his Heirs for ever. I also leave andbequeath to my son Andrew F. Wilson four other negroes, Names asfollows, old Sharper, old Lydia, Nilly and Jefs, to him and his heirsfor ever. I will and bequeath also to my son Andrew F. Wilson myDwelling House in which I now live, together with all my Lands lyingon the South side of Boggy Gully, except the part left to my TwoDaughters, Cynthia and Mary------which will be herein aftermentioned, but should my Son Andrew F. Wilson, die, leaving no Lawfulissue, then and in that case, it is my Will that the Lands andplantation above mentioned, go to my Two Son's Abner and Absalm(Absolom?)Wilson to them and their heirs forever, I also leave to mySon Andrew F. Wilson, one Bead Beadstead and furniture. I Will andbequeath to my Son Absolom Wilson, all my Lands lying on the northside of Boggy Gulley of which he is now in possession, to him andhis Heirs forever. I will and Bequeath to my Grand Son James HarveyDuBose one Negro Boy Named Addison, Said Boy to be left in thepossesion of my Daughter Cynthia Wilson for her use and Benefit untilJames H. DuBose arrives to the age of twenty one, or marries, butshould he die before such time it is my Will that my Daughter Cynthia receive the Said boy Addison as her own property for ever----- Ileave to my Two daughters Cynthia Wilson and Mary Hudson, all thelands I Bought from Elizabeth Flenining (Flemming?) Decd. Togetherwith a part of the plantation I now live on that is to say, by aline to commence at the South east corner of my apple orchard, to runStrait ranging with the last row of apple trees, until it strikes theback line---of my orginal tract, lying South of the plantation, thento commence at the north East corner of Said orchard, until itStrikes the lane fence north of my House, thence following the lanefence, until it makes the first Turn, thence by a ditch down to theBrancy, the above named Lands. I give to my Two Daughters abovenamed, Cynthia Wilson and Mary Hudson, during their natural lives,each one to have an Equal claim, and at the death of the last one ofthem, then it is my Will that the said lands, go to my Son AndrewFlinn Wilson, but should he, A. F. Wilson die without Lawful issue,then and in that case, I will that the said Lands, go to my Son'sAbner and Absolom, Wilson and their Heirs for Ever---------I Give tomy Daughter Cynthia Wilson, Six Negroes to wit Will, Federick, Henry,Cate, Clansy and Child Eliza together with their future increase, toher and her Heirs for ever. I also give to my Daughter Cynthia, oneSorrel Horse (Kentucky) one gigg and Harness, two Beds, Beadsteadsand furniture, also two cows and calves, also five head Sheep, twoSows and pigs, fifty Bushels Corn and four hundred weight pork, Iwill and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Hudson my negro man named Len,to her and her Heirs for ever. It is my will that my two negro men,Sam and March, be sold if necessary, together with all the remainderof my Estate and the money arising from said Sale to be applied tothe payment of my just Debts. I will and bequeath to each ofmy---children and to each set of my GrandChildren, not named in myWill the sum of Five dollars, as their share of my Estate. Shouldthere be a Surplus after the payment of my debts, from the proceedsof Sales as above directed. I will that said Surplus be equallydivided between my Daughters Mary Hudson and my Son Andrew F. Wilsonand their Heirs forever Lastly, I nominate and appoint my Three sons,Absalom James H. and I.F. Wilson's Executors to this my last Will andTestament. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 18thday of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundredand thirty three-------
