Will of David F. Wyles

        

 

I David F. Wyles of Stateburgh in the State of South Carolina being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do ordain this for my last will and testament in words following that is to say—

Firstly I direct. that all my just debts be fully paid and discharged and then to my dearly beloved wife Mary Ann Wyles I give and bequeath all the remainder of my property both real and personal unto her and to the ifsue of her present marriage forever. And Should she die without leaving ifsue or her present marriage, living at the time of her death. then I direct that my property be equally divided between my nearest collateral relations. I appoint my dearly beloved wife Mary Ann Wyles. Executrix of this my last will & testament. hereby revoking all others. given under my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty three.
