All the rest and residue of my Estate I give and bequeath to my Dear Wife Mary Jacquiline Baker I hereby constitute Mary Jacquiline Baker my sole Executrix to carry out the provisions of this will. As witness my hand and Seal this 3^rd day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eight.
