I Dorcus Boykin of the District and Stateaforesaid do make and ordain this my last will and testament inmanner following is I give and bequeath to my daughter Mahaza R.Bradley ten ($10.00 Dollars.). I give and bequeath to my son StephenM. Boykin ten ($10.00 Dollars). I give and bequeath to my DaughterZeno Bradley ten ($10.00 Dollars). I give and bequeath to mygrandson Stephen H. Boykin one cow and calf also one bed and bed stedto him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my son C.Moscow Boykin the tract of land I now live upon also the tract knownas the Craft tract, also a tract purchased from Thomas Corbett. Allthe rest and residue of my estate goods and chattels I give andbequeath to my son C. Moscow Boykin to him and his heirs forever butnot subject to any debts or contracts that he has made or may makeand at the death of my son C. Moscow Boykin it shall be equallydivided between his children then living have and have alike, to themand their heirs forever, whom I nominate Constitute and appoint saleexecutor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all otherforms, wills by me at any time heretofore made. In writing here of Ihave set my hand and seal this the first day of November one thousandeight hundred and sixty five, 1865.
