In the name of God, Amen.

 

I, Sarah Grooms of Concord township, South County & State aforesaid, being of Sound mind but mindful of the uncertainty of Life & certainty of death, do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament as follows:

 

First, I direct all my just debts be paid.

 

Second, I give Devise and bequeath to my Executor hereinafter named all the property I may have at the time of my death in trust to pay the income of the same in Equal parts to Ben Cornell and Mack Lee Grooms until Ben Connell arrives at the age of twenty one and after the death or the attainment of twenty one years said Ben Connell then the principal shall be Equally divided between Mack Lee Grooms and Ben Connell.  Should they both die, then the Estate is to be Equally divided among my surviving Brothers & Sisters.

 

I nominate and appoint J. Bossard Britton Executor & Master of this my last will and testament.

 

            Witness my hand & seal at Sumter CH, SC this 8th day of March AD 1911.
