Last Will and Testament of Cynthia Margaret Hodge

In the name of God Amen. I Cynthia M. Hodge of the State and County aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, do make an ordain the following to be my last Will and Testament, herby revoking any and all previous Wills by me at any time made. I wish and desire that all of my just debts be paid and discharged.

I give and desire and bequeath unto my son Thomas Richard Hodge all of the Real and Personal Estate or property of which I may poses at my death or to which I may be entitled; and I desire and bequeath because I think he is entitled justly to my property that I may have possession of at my death.

I here by appoint my said son Thomas Richard Hodge the Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness here of. I set my hand and seal this 24^th day of October AD 1891
