Sumter District,
Know all Men by these presents that I Mary McCoy of the State and District afore said knowing that it is appointed unto all once to Die do Make Constitute and ordain this My Last Will and Testament:
1st, I give and bequeath to My Son A. D. McCoy all that tract or parcel of Land on which I now live containing Sixty acres more or less bounded by Lands of A. Baker, S. Jossey, W. Jossey and Jas (Jos?) H. Dubose. I nominate
and assign S.D.M. Lacoste and Samuel Clark Executors to this My Last Will and Testament, where unto I have set My hand and affixed My Seal this 12th day of Feby in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty
four.
