Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Larson and son returned Wednesday evening from Collegeport, Texas, where they have spent the winter.

Jack Reeves is now busily tearing down the old Collegeport Hotel, which he has purchased. After completing the work of dismantling, he will move the lumber to his farm near El Maton, and will build himself a modern home at his leisure.--County News.

Collegeport Ships Carload of Figs to Manila

Collegeport, Nov. 19.—Collegeport has established commercial relations with Manila.

Saturday, a full carload of fig preserves, the finest in this district, was shipped to the Philippine Islands by S. B. Sims, manager of the Collegeport Fig Orchards Company. A full carload of the produce also was shipped to Springfield, Illinois.
