OLMSTEAD Danean Mitchell Hi!,  I have a problem ancestor that I have had a very hard time finding much on him.   Johnathan OLMSTEAD. He was suppose to have been the first sheriff of Lafayette county. (Bio Sketch of his son Orange in Jo Daviess county history)

He served in the Black Hawk Wars and supposedly died in Willow Springs, ca 1834. I have found he was a Justice of the Peace after the 1834 date, so am suspect that died between 1834 and 1840. The sketch also days that his widow married Asa HUTTON, ca 1836... Could you check some of your resources for my Jonathan. I have seen his last name spelled ARMSTEAD, UMSTEAD, and OMSTEAD. I would be so grateful for anything sources you could check. Thank you for your service, I do appreciate your time.

OLNEY Janene Crawford Just today I received the death cert. for Cecelia Jane Schellenger Olney. It states that she is buried in the "Skelenger's family burialground". Her name is listed as Celia Olney. I found the "Schellinger/Lamb Cemetery listed on your Cemetery Site. Is it possible to find out what other Schellengers and/or Lambs are buried there? Who has markers and who does not. Any help appreciated.
