By Virtue of Special Warrant of Resurvey Granted unto THOMAS WATKINS of Dorchester County barring sale the Eighteenth day of August 1761 to Resurvey a Tract or Parcel of Land called "WATKINS" Beginning originally on the 4th day of September 1760 Granted unto the Petitioner for 42 acres of Land under New Rent~

I Humbly certifie that I have resurveyed for and in the name of him the afsd THOMAS WATKINS the afsd Tract or Parcel of Land and find it to contain forty two acres and half an acres of land to which I have added one hundred and twenty two acres and half an acre of Vacant Land and have reduced the whole into one Intier Tract Now Called "WATKINS LUCK" Lying and being in the County afsd Beginning for the out bounds of the whole tract at a Marked white oak standing in the woods about sixteen perches to the eastward of the road that leads up on the east side of the North West fork of Nanticoke and about half a mile above where the said roade crosses Hicks Branch then runs south fifty degrees east sixty perches then North thirty eight degrees east sixty perches then North Nine degrees West one hundred and twenty six perches then south twenty nine degrees west one hundred and twenty perches then south seventy three degrees west sixty perches then West one hundred perches then south fourteen degrees west ninety sixty perches then with a straight line to the first beginning.  Containing Two hundred and fifteen acres of land more or less to be Holden of the Manor of Nanticoke.
