IMPORTATION - EATON, William - Court for May 3, 1739. William Eaton came into Court and made oath that he never made use of his importation rite and that this is the first time notwithstanding his being imported into this colony from Great Brittain twenty odd years.

DEED - EDMUNDS, Nicholas - Indenture made the 31st day of July, 1765, between Nicholas Edmunds and Robert Briggs, for 100 pounds, conveying 335 acres on Wagua Creek, and adjoining land of William Briggs and Drury Stith, on the condition that if the 100 pounds be repaid by August 10, next ensuing, conveyance to be void. Also contains power of sale. Indenture of mortgage was proved in Court on October 28, 1765.

RELEASE - EDMUNDS, Nicholas - Indenture made the 20th day of November, 1768, between Nicholas Edmunds and Robert Briggs, for 5 shillings, release of 335 acres on Wagua Creek from indenture dated the 31st day of July, 1765, securing payment of 100 pounds plus interest. No witnesses. Release was acknowledged in Court on November 20, 1768.
