On the motion of James P. Harrison, the Executor named in the last will and
Testament of John Barner dec'd. who took the oaths of an Executor and, together
with Edward B. Hicks and Frederick W. Harrison, his securities, entered into and
acknowledged a bond in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars conditioned as the
law directs, certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate of said will in
due form. Court, September 28, 1840.
