In the name of God Amen. I Zachariah Floyd of the County of Brunswick and Parish of Meherin at this time in a low state of health and calling to mind that all men must die and being at this time of a sound mind and memory do appoint and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament. Viz?, Item: I lend unto my beloved wife Anne Floyd my whole estate during of her life or widowhood and after her death or widowhood I give it equally to be divided among all of my children then living. Item: I do appoint and ordain Theophilus Harrison to be my lawful executor of this my Last Will and Testament and this to disannul all other wills heretofore by me made as witness where of I have set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of March One thousand seven hundred and ninety five.
