and Sary Ann Hicks. Sons, William Hicks, Dudley D. Hicks, and Thomas J. Hicks.
In will that he has already provided for his son, Thomas J. Hicks as well as
Frances Davis. Wife, Lucy Hicks, named as Executrix. No witnesses to will. Will
was proved by the oaths of John S. Harris and Benjamin W. Davis who were
familiar with the handwriting of Paschal Hicks.
