Edith Hicks, Executrix of Daniel Hicks, deceased, came into Court and presented and proved copy of the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased who made oath thereto according to Law and the same being proved by the oaths of Robert Hicks, George Wallton, Frances Hicks and James Hicks, witnesses thereto, it is ordered to be recorded.
