Indenture made 27 March 1750, between Nathaniel Bradford Son
and heir of John Bradford deceased and Richard Moore both of
North Carolina, and Hinchia Mabry of Brunswick County, Whereas
the sd. John Bradford in his Lifetime was seized in Fee of and in
one certain Tract or Parcel of Land lying & being in the County
aforesaid between the three Creeks and the Otterdam Swamp
containing 680a, and died so Seised without makeing any
Disposition thereof after whose Death the sd. Nathaniel Bradford
as his Eldest Son and Heir entred into the said Land and was also
Seised thereof in Fee and being so Seised by Deed duly executed
and Recorded in the General Court of the sd. Colony Sold &
Conveyed the same to the said Richard Moore who has since agreed
with the said Hinchia Mabry to sell and Convey the sd. Lands to
him and whereas the said Nathaniel Bradford at the Time of making
and executing the Conveiance aforesaid to the sd. Richard Moore
was under the age of twenty one Years but is since arrived to
full age & is desirous & Willing to confirm and make good the
said Sale to the sd. Richard testified by his being a Party to
these presents, £120, 680a, bounded by the several course
contained in a Pattent formerly granted to one Richard Pace dated
5 November 1724 of 1220a of which the sd. 680a is a Part, and
conveyed by the said Richard Pace to the sd. John Bradford
deceased in his Lifetime by deeds of Lease and Release

expectant immeadiatly upon the determination of the Life of
Stephen Sisson Brother of the sd. Thoams Sisson which is part of
a greater Tract by Thomas Sisson Father of the Bargainor to these
Presents byhis last Will Testament in Writing dated 25 November
1730 devised to the said Stephen Sisson by Force of which devise
the said Stephen is & stands seised of the said Seat or Tract for
and during the Term of his natural Life ad the said Thomas Sison
Father of the Bargainor aforesaid departed this Life without
making any Disposition of the Reversion of the sd. Seat or Tract
of Land by reason whereof the sd. Reversion of the aforesaid 280a
devolves upon the sd. Thomas Sisson the Bargainor aforesaid as
Eldest Son & Heirs at law to the above mentioned Thomas Sisson

edwards did lend and advance to the aforesaid Anne before her
intermaariage with the aforesaid George Robinson the Sum of £190-
2 Shillings 2 Pence towards paying the Debts of the said Testator
and the Maintenance and Education of his Children, for the better
securing payment of the said £190-2 Shillings and 2 pence with
Interest thereof and in Consideration also of the sum of 5
Shillings, 1/3 part of 190a and ¬ of all and every Negr£s,

demand whats£ver of him the said Geroge Robison & Anne his Wife
to the same, upon condition that if the said George Robison or

200a, and whereas Mary Davis the Mother of the said Matthias may
pretend to a Right of Dower in the land, if Matthias Davis shall
well and truly keep clear harmless exonerate and free the said
Thomas Hall from any Dower or pretended Dower, right or Title or
pretended Right or Title which the said Mary the Mother may have
or pretend to have in any part of the said 200a, or the Title or
Right of Dower which Rachel the Wife of the said Matthias Davis
