pretend to a Right of Dower in the land, if Matthias Davis shall
well and truly keep clear harmless exonerate and free the said
Thomas Hall from any Dower or pretended Dower, right or Title or
pretended Right or Title which the said Mary the Mother may have
or pretend to have in any part of the said 200a, or the Title or
Right of Dower which Rachel the Wife of the said Matthias Davis
