Deed: March 20, 1776 Abraham SALLE to Benjamin HARRIS

This Indenture made this 20th day of March ano Domino one Thousand seven hundred and seventh Six Between Abraham SALLE Gent. of the County of Chesterfield on the one part and Benjamin HARRIS Gent of the County of Cumberland on the other part. Witnesseto that the said Abraham SALLEE for and in consideration of a good and lawful right in Fee Simple to him and to his heirs and assigns made by the said Benjamin HARRIS in and to Fifty One acres of land ......to the said Benajamin in Chesterfield County by letter, patent bearing date the seventh day of July one thousand seven hundred and sixty three by Deed bearing date equal with theses presents have bargained and exchanged ...........and confirmed by these presents unto the said Benjamin HARRIS Gent and to his heirs and assigns forever a certain dividend or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Chesterfield and bounded .....followeth to wit: Begining at a .......white Oak adjoining the said Harris' lands thence on his line and the said SALLEE North fifty four and a half degrees, East three hundred and seventy seven poles to a corner White Oak thence South sixty three and a half degrees, East twenty two poles twenty links to ........thence a new line paralel to the fast course South fifty four and a half degrees, West four hundred and twelve poles to pointer, thence North sixty degrees, West twelve poles to a white Oak and North Thirty degrees, East thirty poles to the place begun at ......fifty one acres and with all houses, orchards, gardens, fences, woods and .........and water courses theereunto belonging or any any wise appertaining .......the Reversion and .......remainder and remainders ..............singular the each land principles and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Right members and appurtenances unto the said Benjamin HARRIS and to his heirs and assigns forever To Have and to Hold the said fifty one acres of land .....and every of the right members and appurtenances unto the said Benjamin HARRIS his heirs and assigns forever and the said Abraham SALLEE for himself and his heirs the land and principles before mentioned with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto the said Benajmin HARRIS and his heirs and assigns against him the said Abraham SALLEE and is heirs and all and every other person and persons whatsoever shale and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said Abraham SALLEE hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year above Written.
