Tract to Nicholas Jarrard lying in Lyon's Creek Parrish, Surry County on Athamowsauek Swamp containing 427 acres and granted to the said Nathaniel Harrison by Letters of Patent bearing date of June 16, 1714. Indenture acknowledged in Court on December 13, 1715, by Nicholas Jarrard and Elizabeth, his wife, appeared and relinquished her right of dower. Indenture (Lease) made the 9th day of March, 1726, between Robert Hix of Lawns Creek Parrish of the County of Surry, and John Fitzgerrald of Bristol Parish, County of Prince George, 1,120 acres on South side of Appomattox River in Bristol Parish, of which 200 acres were sold to the said Robert Hix from John Evans by deed dated the 8th day of February, 1693, and the 4th day of June, 1694, and recorded in Charles City County; 600 acres was granted to the said Robert Hix by Letters of Patent bearing date of April 20, 1694; 60 acres conveyed to the said Robert Hix from Peter Jones, Jr. by indenture dated the 11th day of August, 1708, and recorded in Prince George County; and 260 acres sold to the said Robert Hix from Joshua Irby and Elizabeth, his wife, by indenture dated the 10th day of August, 1708, recorded in Prince George County County. Indenture made the 20th day of December, 1786, between Lemuel Harrison of Prince George County and William Harrison, for the natural love and affection he has to his said brother, conveying 50 acres adjoining Lemuel Harrison, Walter Peter, Richard Avery and Wallace Morison. Presented in Court on April 10, 1787. DEEDS, ETC. (1787-1792), page 16, Prince George County, Virginia.

Indenture made the 11th day of September, 1787, between John Morison and Ann, his wife, and David Morison, and Joshua Simmonds, for 400 pounds, conveying 400 acres on South side of the Second Swamp. Indenture (Deed of Trust) made the 12th day of August, 1791, between Cadwallader Jones of the first part, Peter Epes of the other part and Peter William of the third part, conveyance of slaves to secure indebtedness.
